Accounts Payable Clerk

Work Hours (Client): Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm PST

Pay Range: $1,000–$1,200 USD / month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company Overview: With over 30 years of experience in Las Vegas, we provide full-service landscape management, arbor care, irrigation, and licensed pest control.

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to manage our full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and reporting across Procurify, Aspire, and QuickBooks Desktop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle AP, including vendor invoices, PO matching, coding, and payment preparation.
• Take full ownership of company credit card reconciliations, including receipt collection and Procurify-to-QuickBooks accuracy.
• Ensure AP transactions are accurately reflected in Aspire for job costing.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and respond to vendor payment inquiries.
• Organize and maintain digital invoice and payment records for audit readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of AP or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (not just QuickBooks Online).
• Excellent written and spoken English, including confidence in communicating directly with US vendors.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to identify duplicate invoices or coding discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through without constant oversight.
