Pay Range: $48 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n
\n - The Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group is a diverse group that supports Industrial Gases (IG) North America Client projects, strategic planning, turnaround planning, and turnaround execution.
\n - This allows our team to provide specialized services and additional capacity for infrequent events to operational assets. 2 Year project
\n - Lead assigned Client projects (standalone projects and projects within plant outages) and manage all engineering, design, and construction resources
\n - Develop estimates, funding documents, schedule, and ongoing forecasts for plant executed projects within SAP
\n - Ensure all projects receive adequate process hazard reviews and ORI’s and that all recommendations are completed in a timely manner
\n - Ensure inherent process safety is adhered to on all project designs
\n - Provide field supervision / support during projects execution
\n - Manage Project Safet
\n - Maintain projects on budget and schedule
\n - Ensure all projects meet the operability needs of the customer
\n - Basic understanding of operating plant environment.
\n - Understands quality standards as outlined by *** and Chemicals, Inc.
\n - Conduct Safety Kickoff Meeting with contractors and operations team prior to start of project execution
\n - Confirm contractor is aware of and follows all AP Safety Standards
\n - Clearly communicate safety goals – 0 Recordables, 0 First Aids
\n - Complete short-term contractor BSP forms daily during execution of project
\n - Complete JSA reviews and fill out JSA Review form daily during execution of project
\n - Participate in the Safe Work Permit issuance process with the operations team
\n - Lead daily morning safety / toolbox meetings with all crafts
\n - Report all incidents immediately
\n - Ensure all contractors on site for project execution have submitted an Emergency Action Plan prior to mobilization
\n - Participate in Safety Sampling and Critical Safety Audits during outages
\n - Attend and contribute to monthly Safety Meetings

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
\n
\n
\n - Must have skills: Engineering, Project engineering, SAP, construction, procurement, safety
\n - Strong organizational and planning skills
\n - Strong leadership abilities
\n - Manufacturing plant operations, maintenance, and Client projects experience
\n - Role model within Project Engineering function:
\n - High ethical standards - unwilling to compromise on worker safety and regulatory compliance requirements
\n - Organizational credibility - able to influence business area, engineering and manufacturing managers in decision making process
\n - 0-20 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines
\n - Technical degree (chemical engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering REQUIRED
\n - Obtain TWIC, Security passport and pass refinery background checks-TWIC card has to be current and valid for completion of project.
\n - Willing to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hours, following strict fatigue management guidelines. Travel may be required as much as 15-25% depending on project.
\n - Ability to work without close supervision.
\n - Works professionally and harmoniously with co-workers, supervisors, management, support personnel, program participants, and business-related persons.
\n - Utilizes positive and constructive attitude toward resolution of problems and conflicts.
\n - Accepts direction, criticism, and supervision.
\n - Demonstrates ability to remain calm in demanding situations.

\n - Able to achieve various State mandated certifications (TWIC, OSHA, etc.) and other requirements as may be deemed necessary.
\n - Pass Criminal background investigation. Individuals will be subject to pre-employment, reasonable cause periodic, random, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing.
