Project CoordinatorConstruction Project coordinator will manage multiple assigned projects from award through project close-out. Works cohesively with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are carried out successfully.Manage all aspects of the assigned projects from start through closeout, including: Project set up and creating budgetsSolicit quotes for project jobs and negotiate contracts with contractorsMaintain project documents to owner (such as contracts, bonds, insurance etc)Keeping Project FilesMaintain communication and coordination internally and externallyCreate Master Company ScheduleCreate Subcontractor PacketsAttend all Project MeetingsReview Daily Time Sheets and ReportsMaintain and keep current all construction documents (Submittals, RFI's, change orders, etc)Maintain and perform weekly update of project scheduleConduct regular field inspections ensuring compliance with contract documentsSubmit weekly project status report to PartnerReviews and approves subcontractor monthly payment requestsSubmit requests for payment. Collect any past due paymentsProject CloseoutPerform project walk through with superintendent and manage all punch list itemsSchedule Final Walk ThroughSubmit all required close out documentsClean up and store final project file including all electronic documentsBase salary Upper 40's to low 50's plus benefits
