Job Placement Coordinator - Trade School - admin / office - administrative job employment Trade school is seeking a Job Placement Coordinator to help students and graduates find entry-level employment opportunities in the skilled trades. Responsibilities Meet one-on-one with students to assist with resumes, interview preparation, and job search guidance. Research companies hiring entry-level skilled trade workers. Match qualified students with job opportunities and submit resumes to employers. Follow up with students regarding employer contacts, interviews, and employment results. Maintain records of job leads, resume submissions, and placement outcomes. Qualifications Eager to help others and support students in their job search. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups. Able to work well under pressure. Basic computer, email, and internet research skills. Requirements High school diploma or GED Authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule Flexible schedule with some morning availability required. Part-time or full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week.
