Junior Recruiter | Remote (Texas or Florida)

The Role

We’re growing and looking for a Junior Recruiter to manage 4 to 6 active searches at a time. You’ll report to our Recruiting Manager and learn a proven, structured recruiting process from the ground up. This role suits someone early in their career who wants to build a long term recruiting career in a specialized niche.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 4 to 6 active searches from sourcing through placement
• Source, screen, and engage sales professionals in the manufacturing and industrial space
• Run discovery and screening calls, and evaluate candidates against our proprietary framework
• Keep candidate records, notes, and pipeline stages accurate and current in our CRM
• Work closely with the Recruiting Manager and sourcing team to keep every search on schedule
• Follow our documented processes and procedures

What You Bring

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or another people-facing, metrics-driven role
• Excellent communication skills: clear, direct, and impactful, on the phone and in writing
• A problem-solver who looks for answers before asking for them
• Coachable and a fast learner who takes feedback and applies it quickly
• Energy and focus to stay sharp through a full day of calls and multiple priorities
• A process-first mindset: you follow a system well before trying to improve it
• Comfortable with computers, including common shortcuts and multitasking across applications
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they can make recruiting work faster and better
• A dedicated, distraction-free home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with a CRM or ATS (HubSpot is a plus)
• LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tool experience
• Interest in or exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales
• Previous experience working remotely
