This position plays a vital role in supporting student recruitment, enrollment, career development, and successful transitions into full-time employment, higher education, or advanced training. The OA/CTS Director will lead and develop a professional team while establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders. These partnerships are essential to creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to student achievement and long-term career success.
