GPA is seeking an outgoing and motivated Recruiter that enjoys working as part of a team and possesses creative sourcing abilities. Our Recruiters are responsible for procuring top talent to fill the current and on-going personnel needs with our clients in the engineering, architectural, design, administrative, and niche professional fields.

Job Specifications

• Utilize career fairs, job boards, networking and social media sites to source, identify and qualify appropriate candidates.
\n
• Ability to work in a casual, but fast paced work environment.
\n
• Work with Account Managers and Business Developers on future client needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.
\n
• Act as the point of contact for candidates in all stages of the interviewing and hiring process.
\n
• Build long-term on-going relationships with candidates before, during and after successful placement.
\n
• Extend offers of employment, schedule new hire on-boarding, handle employee personnel matters.
\n

Job Requirements

\n
1. Two or more years of Recruiting and Staffing experience.
\n
2. Prefer prior experience in sourcing candidates from job boards and through referrals.
\n
3. Computer skills including Microsoft O365, Mac IOS, Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva), and Boolean search capabilities.
\n
4. Must be able to prioritize, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management skills.
\n
5. Ability to travel around the Greater Cincinnati area as needed.
\n
