Tax Preparer – Part-Time Available

What You'll Do

• Prepare complex federal and state income tax returns for business entities.
• Provide bookkeeping and accounting support for multiple clients.
• Review financial information and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Tax team members to meet client needs and filing deadlines.
• Assist with additional tax and accounting projects based on your experience and availability.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of professional experience in tax preparation and/or bookkeeping, including experience with business entity tax returns.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage assignments independently while collaborating with a team.
• Professional communication skills and a commitment to client service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience preparing complex business entity income tax returns.
• Experience working in a public accounting firm.
• Familiarity with Thomson Reuters tax preparation software.
